Sullivan & Gold
These two scamps have only gone and bought a flipping football club this week, what have you done? ...by Chris

The first thing we at Webgun H.Q would be checking regarding these two East End geezers taking over our club (F.C Webgun should it ever get into financial difficulties) would be how do they shape up online, what kind of web presence do they have?

First into the mixer is Dave G’s official flipping website, which Dave had the sense to call davidgold.co.uk that is so official it was last updated in OCTUBER 2009 yep that’s right Octuber check it for yourself in news. The site consists of the usual ‘Rags to Riches’ spiel which we are sure is all very appropriate and sad… but we want to know about the real David Gold, how did he get so bloody rich and break out of the East End slums?

Well guess what we found on vimeo.com that’s right David Gold’s WEALTH WIZARD’s speech which is a ball busting 43 minutes long. We don’t of course suggest you sit through all of it, just watch the first 10 minutes or so and you will get the idea (check out the ‘packed’ theatre.) where he explains in a very alternative dimension Alan Sugary way that hard work and luck are the best guys to hang around with when trying to make some dollar. Watch it here

So David Gold get’s a thumbs up to take over our young & promising team F.C Webgun but what about his mate?

Unfortunately it looks like David Sullivan didn’t take those Information Technology classes in the 60’s :( although we did find his IMDB page which does kill a minute or two scrolling through his smash hit films such as ‘Hellcats: Mud Wrestling’ & ‘Emmanuelle in Soho’ to name a just a couple. Have a smile here

It was almost game over for David & David’s attempt to buy into our little club but this lovely press conference released earlier today made us realise you can never have too many Granddad’s they just say the funniest things!. Press conference

These chaps are great and the claret and blue half of Webgun wishes them all the best in their cockney adventure down the U Park.
